Whitney
Houston - Live in Concert (2004)
The "Welcome Home
Heroes" concert featured here took place in 1991 as a
celebration for American troops returning from Iraq. It features
Whitney Houston's biggest hits going back to her debut album and
on through 1990's IM YOUR BABY TONIGHT. This performance is
directed by David Mallet, whose previous work has included
concerts by Madonna, Tina Turner, David Bowie, and Queen among
others. Featuring emotional ballads, fun 90s dance numbers, and
more costume changes than one can count, WHITNEY HOUSTON - LIVE IN
CONCERT is a true spectacle. Highlights include Whitney's new
rendition of "All The Man That I Need," which threatens
to blow the original version out of the park. Additional songs
performed include "I Wanna Dance With Somebody,"
"Saving All My Love For You," "How Will I
Know," "Love Medley," and many others.
