What’s happening ?”, first made commercial to the Chicano audience in Q-VO Magazine which is owned by Benjamin Francisco Hernandez and first published in 1979, a magazine in English to Chicano and Latino audiences which included use of Calo, which is a Chicano dialect of Spanish.
