She has played comic parts in the Christopher Guest mockumentaries Best in Show and A Mighty Wind.

She has also done equally memorable work in films like Trial and Error (1997), Best in Show (2000), The Broken Hearts Club (2000) , Legally Blonde (2001), American Wedding (2003), Testosterone (2004), Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004), and Robots (2005).
